HotelAudits provides hotel performance analytics and audit services. We offer various features including but not limited to performance tracking, competitor analysis, and market intelligence. The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its availability or functionality.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of HotelAudits, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Privacy
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using HotelAudits, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of HotelAudits, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
6. Payment Terms
Certain features of HotelAudits require payment. You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing established for your selected service plan. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotelAudits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to HotelAudits immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use HotelAudits will immediately cease.
